| | Below you will find our templates
for the October 31st deadline, wherein we do everything for you except fill in the answers.
Copy and use verbatim - 100%
from the beginning to the end of every template - each template provided.
Prepare and send an email addressed to us - mpwcfoundation@gmail.com,
between October 26th and October 31st of every year. The subject of
this email should be "EXAMP-2014-Section A Confirmation"
(where the subject explains your 5-digit name, the grant year, and the title of
what you are sending us).
You should copy and paste the below templates (emails and/or attachments) (nothing less, nothing
more) and send them to us after inserting your own answers. Be sure to
conform to the following color-coding.
Things you should read, then
possibly
change to ENTER your own information, and then if changed, change the color coding
to BLACK
Things you should read as they are
instructive in nature, but you should delete or erase them (and close up
the space) before sending them to us. (GREEN)
Things that ask questions or make statements
that will remain unchanged on the input, but which will be followed by the
below... (NAVY)
Responses to the above questions or
statements from us, that respond to the above questions or statements.
(BLACK)
Changes (this year's editings, deletions,
additions) to the above that was otherwise THE SAME as you sent us last
year. Note that in these cases, after the grants have been paid,
the changes are to be re-colored to match and become the ongoing
response. (RED). |
The template for the EMAIL that you should copy and paste is immediately below (the subjecct is: EXAMP-2014-Section A Confirmation)
The following response to the 20 or more questions would probably be more EFFICIENTLY prepared
if you had an ONGOING AMENDABLE (or editable) LIST of the answers to these questions and you
submitted the most currently updated copy of it to us WITH MARKINGS (to differentiate) the current year's changes, if
any, on this list. Then use that list (again next year, as once again amended and updated)
for the starting point for any future
years.
The following is the template for you to
copy for the ATTACHMENT to the above email
This is EXAMP-2014-20
Questions. The template itself has been updated by MPWCF on
July 2, 2013. Be sure to COPY and PASTE THIS ENTIRE
(100%, including these instructions) TEMPLATE to a blank MS Word document as the first step (and starting point) for this year's input. Then EDIT ONLY YOUR ANSWERS to update it for this year.
Be sure that YOUR responses show our questions EXACTLY AS THEY LOOK
HERE.
The responses have been updated by (name of person responsible) and reviewed by (name of reviewer) and completed on (date)

We are already working on this year's most updated answers to a questionaire and it will be presented in a detailed attachment

control" using your internal control

webpage as an aid to our answering this.
 | 20-what, if anything, do you do to aid the mission
of any other San Miguel charitable organization |

do the above) blah blah blah
 | 21-what, if any, are the sections (or words) on
our website that confuse you, or you feel contradict other
instructions, or you have
difficulty understanding as now written. |
Rather than complain when MPWCF's
next Comments letter(s) is received by us, we document on an attachment
(called EXAMP-2014-problems and illustrations) all problems we
have in understanding anything on the
MPWCF website. Each problem word or paragraph is reproduced on the
attachment in a format as follows. First, the exact quote of what
we do not understand), followed by a specific, carefully worded description
of our problem with each specific
quotation. This may be followed,
where necessary, with a
second (or third) direct quote if there are
more contradictions or problems. We believe this will enable the MPWCF to
understand our problem and clarify it for us (or
correct it, if necessary) so that neither we nor any other grantee
has that problem any more, nor any excuse for our not understanding
what the MPWCF needs and wants from us.
