After you've completed all input for the current grant year, you should be prepared for the following to happen:

Some time between your submission of the "Due Jan 31" information and our annual meeting (see Calendar) we will review all of your grant input documents.  You should expect, whether your input is perfect or poor or something in between, at least two emails from us.  One will be labeled with a subject of something like "... MPWCF's Comments (that need to be responded to ASAP)" and the second with a subject of something like "... MPWCF's Comments (that need to be responded to between Jan 10 and Jan 15 20xx)".   The "...ASAP" email should be answered immediately as your responses will be considered at our annual meeting for whether or not we are able to give you a grant this grant year.  The "Jan 10 to Jan 15 ..." email will be expected between January 10th and 15th of the following year BUT you should start working on it in seriousness as early as possible, and certainly before November 1st.

Some time between our annual meeting and June 15th, you should probably expect to receive our grant for this grant year.   If you receive no grant this year, and you don't feel that we explained why that occurred, you might read History for one of the possible explanations for that fact.  Or secondarily, you can write us and ask why (don't plead "your case"; just ask "why?").

Some time between July 1st and September 1st of every year, you should review our web-site for changes in requirements, chiefly the  site map for MPWCF page and chiefly the note on that page that starts out saying "(C)  NOTE: We have added this  (C) symbol to differentiate and point out the most critical of web-pages ...  ...  "  

Some time between October 25th and October 30th of every year, you should provide us with the information specified on the due Oct 31st webpage.

Some time between January 10th and 15th of every year, you should provide us with the information specified on the due Nov1-Jan15 webpage.

Some time between January 26th and January 31st of every year, you should provide us with the information specified on the due Jan 31st webpage.

And so the cycle continues, hopefully improving each year.

And at about two years after the Founder's death, you will receive your share of the (now estimated at us$4,000,000 or more) bequest that the Founder bequeathed to the MPWCF.   There is more information about this on the allocations webpage and TODAY (before the Founder has died) you STILL have an OPPORTUNITY to help yourself by doing what is required to INCREASE your share of this allocation.  Continuity and Transparency is THE MAJOR goal that the Founder has been striving for since 1996 and your organization has been, at minimum, involved in this and knowing the requirements for at least (in grant year 2014) 8 years.  So, if your allocation percentage is too low, you (only you) are the problem.  Do something useful NOW and you can increase it.
